- We use top of the line Boar’s Head and Italian Specialty Meats.
- Our bread is baked fresh every day.
- We cut up our own beef and chicken for cheese steaks and chicken cheese steaks. (No frozen beef water product here which an overwhelming amount of places use.)
- Everything is made to order. (An extra couple of minutes that’s well worth it.)
- Fresh produce delivered daily for our salads.
- Our fresh mozzarella is made here in the store 2-3 times per week.
